I scheduled this tour to have a fun experience of Hollywood thinking it might be nice to get some background on sites around this area while also being eco-friendly and getting some exercise along the way. Really enjoyed our tour guide and host, Jade; he was excellent!

Excellent hotel for business or leisure. The staff was fluent in English which was great and made everything so easy. Wonderful pool area, and great restaurant. Great price for a 4 star hotel. I can't wait to return.

You can walk around BH with a cell phone in your hand and not have it stolen from you. It is also a short distance from the colonial city of Ouro Preto, which is another beautiful place to visit. But be careful about renting a car here. The drivers are even crazier than those in Paris. Better to use Uber to get around (unless you want to try navigating the complex network of city buses).
nove mi from Savassi. Room was very well designed and clean. Hotel staff were very friendly and promptly offered to change our room to have a better view. Breakfast offered is very good with a great selection of local pastries and beverages.
This was a great tour and so fascinating to learn about the art of filmmaking. You get to see exterior sets where shows like Gilmore Girls and Big Bang Theory were filmed and learn how they create (and reuse!) the sets, as well as interior filming sets and sound rooms.

We chose this location as we wanted to visit Pampulha lake and only had a short time in BH. The lake and all the sights are in walking distance, if you are happy to walk a bit.
